We are all familiar with the concept of "terroir" — that the characteristics of a site that flow from its geology, geography, and climate can be translated to the wine made from grapes grown there.
But it doesn’t end there. Every aspect of the growing year, the harvest itself and the choices made along the way, are captured in the wine as well. That’s why the first release of one of our wines from a new vintage is always particularly poignant for us. And that day is here, with the arrival of our 2013 Versado Malbec at the LCBO today.
